Online booking conditions.

When booking a treatment we charge an amount of €20 or €50; a deposit. This amount is a deposit and will be settled after the treatment or possibly continued to your follow-up appointment. After making your appointment you will receive a payment request for the deposit within 48 hours. If this has been paid your appointment is fixed.

Prevention

We are not responsible for any cancellations. If you are unable to attend your appointment, you must reschedule your appointment 48 hours in advance. In the event of a 'no show' without timely notification, the deposit will be forfeited. If you are unable to be present on time for your treatment, we will be forced to shorten the treatment.

Cancellation

When cancelling your appointment, costs will be charged, this amounts to €10 administration costs. This also only applies if the cancellation takes place 48 hours before the treatment, if this happens within 48 hours, we are forced to forfeit the entire deposit and you will not receive anything back. However, if you are prevented by circumstances, you can reschedule your appointment free of charge 48 hours in advance.

Advice Skin Therapist

If you do not know which treatment is best for your skin problem, we advise you to schedule a 'treatment on advice' appointment. During your appointment we will be happy to help you further.
